At Everything Suzy, we want every customer to have a smooth, transparent shopping experience. Please read our refund and delivery policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Refund Policy

โš ๏ธ No Refunds After Payment: Once payment has been made and confirmed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Please ensure you are completely satisfied with your selections before completing your purchase.

We strongly advise you to:

  • Review your cart contents carefully before checkout
  • Confirm product sizes, colours, and quantities
  • Read full product descriptions before ordering
  • Contact us via WhatsApp or our contact page if you have questions about a product before placing your order

2. No Exchange Policy

โš ๏ธ No Exchanges: We do not accept exchanges of colours or items once an order has been placed and payment confirmed. Please be very sure of your colour selection and item choice before adding to cart.

3. Delivery Schedule

  • ๐Ÿšš Deliveries are made once daily, every day except Sundays.
  • โฐ Orders must be placed before 12:00 noon to qualify for same-day dispatch.
  • Orders received after 12:00 noon will be dispatched the following business day.
  • โŒ No deliveries on Sundays.
๐Ÿ“ฆ Delivery Tip: Place your order early in the morning to ensure same-day dispatch!

4. Pickup Policy

  • ๐Ÿช In-store pickup is available Monday to Saturday
  • โฐ Pickup hours: 9:00 AM โ€“ 5:00 PM
  • Please contact us before arriving to confirm your order is ready for collection
  • No pickups on Sundays

5. Stockpiling / Order Holding

  • Paid items that have not been collected or delivered will be held for a maximum of one (1) week from the date of payment.
  • After one week, Everything Suzy reserves the right to restock the items.
  • No refund will be issued for items forfeited due to non-collection within the holding period.
  • If you require extended holding, please contact us in advance to make arrangements.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

While we take great care in packaging every order, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will review each case individually and work towards a fair resolution.
